These factors clubbed with the brand’s name and product quality help a customer make the buying decision. Now, the product quality is in the hands of the OEM, therefore they pay much attention to other improvements. Therefore to keep the standard of service and quality high at the dealerships, original equipment manufacturers conduct regular audits and inspections. To ensure that the amenities at the dealer store are as per the standard and if the services offered by dealers are satisfactory or not, audits are scheduled from time to time.
